Returns and Exchanges
We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for undamaged merchandise.
- Our shipping department double checks every product and carefully packs every order to make sure you receive your order in its best condition. We are not responsible for orders damaged by shipping carriers.
- Please verify that all correct information is included in your shipping address, including your unit or apartment number. We are not able to replace items that were undeliverable due to errors in your provided shipping address.
- Jewelry Sizing: Provided on each product page is sizing and options. We ask that you read each description very carefully and select the appropriate size.
- If you feel you received a damaged item, please email us with a photo at info@solstress.com within 5 business days after delivery. For health and safety reasons, issues beyond this time frame will not be eligible for refund or return.
